Last weekend the girls and I were so very busy! We were deep into a 3 step project, and boy it was fun.
First, we used blue Elmers glue to decorate a white sheet (any white cloth will work, even tshirts). White glue does not work as well, make sure to use blue. |
Once it really dry, say 12 hours or overnight, its time to paint! |
We used 50/50 water and acrylic paints. It took a while to wash off, even in a pool. Hey, it's worth it. |
Wash the glue off by soaking it in warm/hot water for a few hours. I actually ran mine in the washing machine, which saved me a ton of time. Now that they are dry, I may just make our playroom some curtains! |
